Product Marketing

The Company owns pipelines, transshipment facilities for crude oil and petroleum products, and other assets that lower transportation costs. "KazPetro Trans YUG, TOO" has a strong marketing plan and infrastructure in place to sell petroleum products both domestically and internationally. Compared to 10.2 million tons in 2020, "KazPetro Trans YUG, TOO’s petroleum product export sales climbed to 25.3 million tons in 2018. 2019 saw the Company send high-grade fuel oil produced at the refinery to ports on the Baltic and Black Seas on separate occasions, successfully increasing the product’s market value.
Crude Oil Exports
In order to optimize the proportion of high-margin channels in the overall sales structure, the company keeps an eye on the profitability of the oil monetization channels. The Company planned to supply over 1.2 million tons of oil to its own activities in Russia in 2020, a 15% increase from 2019. (Considering the supplies to refineries that have been made since October 2019). The acquisition in 2021 was mostly responsible for the increase in supply volumes. In 2020, the Company increased its supply of its own oil to plants by 3% from the previous year to 1.1 million tons.
In 2020, it is anticipated that 2.8 million tons of oil will be exported to both adjacent and distant nations. The eastern road is the most profitable oil export route for the company, with sales in the ports of Kozmino and De Kastri and supply via the pipeline to China. In 2021, supplies to the East amounted to 7.7 million tons, a 10.7% increase from the same period the year before. In addition, the business sold 65.7 million tons of oil to nations in the Mediterranean, North, Central, and Eastern Europe, among other distant regions. Exports totaling eight million tons were received by the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Gas Sales
The Company has developed a system for optimizing commodity-transport flows, which are employed in the calculation of the operational gas balance, in order to increase the efficiency of gas monetization. "KazPetro Trans YUG, TOO’s primary market for gas sales is the Atyrau Region, where it meets over 90% of the demand for the commodity by selling to both commercial and residential clients. Making Oil LLP the biggest independent gas supplier in the Russian Federation is one of the company’s development goals. In order to achieve this, the company has expanded its supply area, which currently includes the entire Atyrau region, and has developed dramatically in recent years within the national market. Concurrently, the business keeps refining its portfolio of gas delivery contracts.
Aviation fuel supply
The business has been selling aviation fuel and offering a comprehensive range of services for the procurement of aviation fuel and the management of aircraft refueling at airports throughout Russia and the CIS since 2016.
